Positive feedback is very important to eBay users, and sending the wrong product to someone is definitely not the best way to go about improving your feedback rating.

As mentioned previously, feedback can be left on both seller and buyer’s behalf, so some sellers find it prudent to follow up the posting of the order with either an email, a phone call or both to ensure their buyer receives the best customer service and experience possible.
