Integrated labels, labels that are integrated onto the paper they are printed on, are used by a large variety of businesses and personal sellers across the world. As they are so useful when it comes to posting items in either bulk or as single parcels, mass amounts are purchased every day. Addresses are printed straight onto them and then they can be stuck onto the desired surface. They can be bought either in shops or from online retailers, and can be custom printed to reflect your logo or business information if desired.
1. Integrated labels can be bought as either single or double sheets; this is pretty self-explanatory and gives more versatility to those who wish to use them. 2. More and more integrated label sheets are produced using materials that are 100% recycled – this is great for the environment and can help to keep the prices down. 3. as mentioned previously, logos or company information can be pre-printed onto the labels before they are sent to you; this is good marketing and will provide your customers with your contact info straight away when they receive their package, should they need it. However, some companies also require their information to be printed onto the label as well, so be sure to make sure of their policies before buying. 4. Integrated labels sheets are compatible with a wide range of online shopping carts. These include eBay, Actinic, X-Cart, Cubecart and Amazon as well as other popular names. This makes them very versatile and ideal for a variety of users. 5. A lot of companies that sell integrated labels offer same day despatch and next day delivery. This is great if you need them in a hurry, or just if you want to keep your supplies well stocked. This may be subject to the time the order is placed, however, so make sure you read the terms and conditions, or ask about their policies. 6. In addition to the quick service often offered, some companies will even give you a dedicated account manager who will look after the order from the time it is placed until you sign for it. This means that they are available to speak with either by phone or email at all points, and if you decide to become a repeat customer they will remain in charge of your account usually. 7. Integrated labels also have a few different names they are known by. These include peel out labels, invoice labels, cart paper, non copy labels and dispatch labels. So, whilst this may be initially a little confusing, it does show that they can serve a large variety of purposes. 8. Integrated labels can be run through laser printers, which are used by a lot of companies. This is good as it means you won’t have to change your existing printer. 9. Integrated labels can be bought in a variety of different sizes to suit your needs, this means a larger package can have a larger label and vice versa. 10. The best way to stock such labels is to stack them in boxes no more than 5 levels high and not in direct sunlight. The boxes should be sealed until ready to use and then the sheets should be fanned prior to printing.
